Ziying Chen worked on a single-cell analysis pipeline to perform differential gene analysis of RNAseq samples in the context of FSHD1 (rare disease).

Ziying has collaborated in the context of the MEDiQ project to produce new data for scientists. She reproduced a work published already and identified areas for improvement in their analysis.
